📢 ADVISORY: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTARY DEFICIENCIES

​Attention graduating students! The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) Window Section will be open this weekend to help you finalize your graduation requirements.

​🗓️ SCHEDULE

​Dates: May 15–17, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
​Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

​⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

​Only students with complete documentary requirements will be accommodated.

​Ensure all necessary documents (Affidavits, Certifications, Documentary Stamps, etc.) are ready before proceeding to the window.

​Refer to the poster for the specific list of required documents that may apply to you.

​Submit on time to avoid delays in processing your graduation documents! 🎓✨

📢 ADVISORY: MANDATORY SWS PROGRAM & CLEARANCE PROCEDURES

​Attention, Graduating Class of 2026!

Please be guided by the following schedule and requirements for a seamless transition to graduation:

​🗓️ SWS PROGRAM SCHEDULE
​(Prerequisite for Final Clearance)

​May 26: Career Day
​May 27: Exit Rites
​May 28: Job Fair & Government ID Application

​✍️ CLEARANCE INSTRUCTIONS

​Before May 25: Secure all departmental and unit signatures.

​May 25: Submit clearance to OSAS (only OSAS and Registrar signatures should remain blank).

​Final Step: Once you complete the SWS Program, OSAS will sign and internally forward your documents to the Registrar. No need to line up at the Registrar's Office!

​Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid delays in your clearance approval.

📣📣 Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1, morning classes will shift online, and all employees, including those in the external campuses, will work from home from 8:00am to 12:00nn. Work and classes will be suspended at noon.

All academic and administrative activities will be fully suspended from Thursday, April 2 to Saturday, April 4, in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025.

Regular university operations and classes will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.
