Equipping Field Advisers for Excellence in Service

Alhamdulillah! 🤍

The 5th Field Advisers' Entrance Conference was successfully conducted, bringing together our field advisers for a meaningful learning session inspired by the guidance of Surah Al-Qasas (28:26): "Indeed, the best one you can hire is the strong and the trustworthy."

We sincerely thank our guest speaker, Shaykh JAINAL H. SAHIBOL, for sharing valuable reminders on leadership, integrity, and the responsibility of serving the Ummah with sincerity and excellence.

One of the conference highlights was the orientation on the Members and Chapters Information System (MCIS), designed to empower field advisers with the tools to efficiently manage member and chapter information. Through MCIS, we aim to strengthen coordination, improve data management, and enhance the quality of service across all chapters.

May Allah ﷻ bless our field advisers with strength (quwwah) and trustworthiness (amānah), and grant success to every chapter as we continue striving for excellence in service.
