Please take note of the following important dates and reminders:
✅ EXTENDED ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
Until JULY 18, 2026 (Saturday)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Processing for incomplete enrollments will remain open until July 23, 2026.
Processing and release of Adding and Changing Forms will continue from July 20 to 23, 2026.
🗓️ START OF REGULAR CLASSES:
JULY 20, 2026 (Monday)

Please be informed that all on-campus transactions for the COLLEGE OF NURSING AND HEALTH SCIENCES are currently on hold due to a sudden power outage in the CNHS BUILDING.
⚠️ Affected Services
The following transactions are temporarily unavailable:
* Printing of Report of Grades
* Validation of Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Enrollment-related evaluation and encoding
* Releasing of Certificates
The University is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will post an immediate update on this page the moment power is restored and operations resume.
