*Note: 안녕하세요 요러분!! 오랜만이요. 죄송합니다. 지난 몇 주 동안 너무 바빴습니다. (Annyeonghaseyo yeoreobun!! Oreanmaniyo. Jeosonghamnida. Jinan meot judongan neomu bappassiumnida.) Hello everyone!! It's been a long time, I'm so sorry. I'm so busy this past few day.

-Contemporary Korean Slang-

꿀잼 (kkuljaem) - something that is fun, funny, or interesting.
꿀 (kkul) means "Honey"
잼 (jaem) is short for 재미있어요 (jaemi -isseoyo), which means "Interesting"
If you put them together, you get 꿀잼 (kkuljaem) which can be used to describe something that is fun or interesting.

노잼 (nojaem) - something that is NOT fun, funny, or uninteresting. Korean slang "No jam"
The evil twin of 꿀잼 (kkuljaem) is 노잼 (nojaem), 노 -means 'NO' or 'NOT'
잼 (jaem) is short for 재미있어요 (jaemi -isseoyo), which means "Interesting". So if you see something that you don't think is not fun or funny, you can say 노잼 (nojaem).

*Till next time!! Bye! 👋👋

안녕하세요 여러분 (Annyeonghaseyo Yeoreobun) Hello everyone! 👋

-Contemporary Korean Slang-

남친 (namchin) "Boyfriend"
여친 (yeochin) "Girlfriend"
*Like lots of Korean slang (and indeed Korean words in general) these words come from taking the first parts of the two words.
Do you remember the last word I posted about 남사친 (namsachin) male-friend and 여사친 (yeosachin) girl-friend?

남친 (Namchin) comes from the word 남자친구 (Namjachingu) means "Man-friend"
여친 (Yeochin) comes from the word 여자친구 (Yeojachingu) means "Woman-friend"

*It almost the same but different meaning.

Have a nice day! 좋은 하루 보내세요! (Joheun haru bonaeseyo!)
Bye! 👋 안녕!👋 (Annyeong!👋)

Note: 안녕하세요 여러분👋 (Annyeonghaseyo yeoreobun👋) Hello everyone, I'm sorry if I'm not active this fast few days. I'm so busy of my study.🥺

-Contemporary Korean Slang-

남사친 (namsachin) - a guy who is "just a friend"

남 (nam) - short for 남자 (namja), means "man"
사 (sa) - short for 사람 (saram), means "person"
친 (chin) - short for 친구 (chingu), means "friend"

Put them all together, and you get "man-person-friend", or a " male-friend".

*Guys, you can use the same term for a "woman/girl" who is your friend but isn't your "girlfriend". Change the 남 (nam) to 여 (yeo) short for 여자 (yeoja) means "female" and you got 여사친 (yeosachin), or "Female-friend/girl-friend"

-Thank you-
Next time again!!
