To streamline the scheduling of important Zoom meetings (up to 300 pax), please use our designated Calendly accounts to reserve Zoom meeting slots. We have two separate accounts for booking:

Guidelines for Use:
1. Reserve Zoom for Important Meetings: Use these accounts to book Zoom meetings for critical engagements, such as large meetings and orientations. Refrain from using in regular classes please use free alternatives.
2. Use Free Alternatives for Other Meetings: For informal or internal meetings, please use free platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Facebook Messenger (up to 50 participants for group video calls via Messenger Rooms with no time limit, or 8 participants for regular group chats).
3. Separate Booking: Each account is managed independently. Please ensure you book through the appropriate link based on availability or specific requirements.
4. Check Availability: Use the Calendly links to view available time slots and secure your reservation promptly to avoid conflicts.
5. This approach ensures efficient use of our Zoom subscription while leveraging free alternatives when possible.
