DEEP DIVE INTO WINNING— MCNHS Swimming Team once again showed an outstanding performance on the pool this District Athletic Meet 2026..

They showcased incredible technique, discipline, clarity, speed and secured 3 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze Medals making the school proud..

Their phenomenal performances embodied our schools spirit of excellence and sportsmanship ending with an incredible achievement..

Four female swimmers and 6 male swimmers were also chosen to represent the District together with other athletes from different schools in the upcoming Provincial Athletic Association Meet..

At exactly 7:00 this morning, MCNHS conducted Flag Raising Ceremony in adherence to Republic Act No. 1265 for educational institutions (the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines).

This activity aims to instill patriotism, promote unity, and honor a country's sovereignty. It serves as a visual reminder of a nation's history, the sacrifices made for its freedom, and the shared values of its citizens.

RENZ ANGTAT DELA CRUZ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We are thrilled to celebrate an extraordinary achievement by one of our very own Grade 7 students! Over the weekend, our young champion dominated the mats at the recent Taekwondo Tournament held at SM City Tuguegarao , bringing home two gold medals.

Success in taekwondo requires a unique blend of discipline, focus, and raw power. Our student proved they have it all by capturing Gold in Poomsae—demonstrating flawless form, balance, and mental sharpness. But the victory didn't stop there. He stepped back onto the mat and fought his way to another Gold in Sparring, showing incredible agility, speed, and warrior spirit under pressure.

Balancing the demands of high school academics with elite athletic training is no small feat. This double victory is a true testament to his hard work, early morning practices, and unstoppable determination. You have inspired your classmates, teachers, and the entire school community! Firstly, National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill was conducted in accordance with DepEd Regional Memo 448 s. 2026 “Reiteration of the. Schedule for the conduct of CY 2026 Second Quarter NSED”

On the other hand, Joint School Organizations (SSG/YES-O/BKD) Officers spearheaded the Clean Up drive around the school and its premises.. All students joined the said activity which aims to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the School Campus…
