Patin-ay National High School successfully conducted the launching of Project PUGAS (Produktong Urban Gardening Ating Sasanayin) under the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program and Project HIMSOG (Health Improvement Management in Sustaining Output & Goal) under the School-Based Feeding Program on September 25, 2026, at the SINAG Hall. Anchored on the theme “Sustainable Nutrition Drive,” the activity highlighted the importance of sustainable gardening, proper nutrition, and the promotion of learners’ health and well-being.

The school expresses its sincere gratitude to the PNHS teaching staff and stakeholders, headed by Ma’am Marilou P. Curugan, DM-HRM, Principal IV, for their leadership and continued support. Appreciation is extended to Sir Alberto D. Beron, Head Teacher, for opening the program; Ma’am Lorie Lyn O. Lipardo, SPTA President, for her inspiring message; Sir Joenel E. Padilla, Alumni President, for his valuable support; and the Sidlak Chorale and selected student performers, headed by Sir Gerald Pizarro, for sharing their talents.

The school also warmly acknowledges Ma’am Vy Claire P. Morales, Assistant to the Principal in the Curriculum, for the closing statement; Ma’am Jesamie A. Frenal, SBFP Coordinator, for her dedication to Project HIMSOG; and Ma’am Jocelyn T. Sumalinog, GPP Coordinator, for her time, effort, and commitment in making Project PUGAS possible. Special appreciation is also extended to the dedicated volunteers who generously shared their time and effort in preparing, cooking, and serving healthy snacks to our feeding beneficiaries.
