Domingo M. Locsin Elementary School proudly conducted its first-ever State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) for School Year 2026–2027 during the Flag Raising Ceremony on July 27, 2026.

Our Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) President, Christian David G. Chu, presented the General Plan of Action (GPOA), outlining the programs, projects, and activities that the SELG will implement throughout the school year. His address reflected the learner government's commitment to responsible leadership, active participation, and meaningful service to the school community.

This historic SOLGA marks the beginning of a year filled with collaboration, innovation, and excellence as the SELG works hand in hand with the school in promoting the welfare and holistic development of every learner.

STATE OF THE LEARNER GOVERNMENT ADDRESS (SOLGA) 2026

The Domingo M. Locsin Elementary School community warmly invites all learners, parents, teachers, stakeholders, and guests to witness the State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) of Christian David G. Chu, Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) President.

During his address, President Christian David G. Chu will present the General Plan of Action (GPOA) of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) for School Year 2026–2027, outlining the organization's vision, goals, priority programs, and planned activities that aim to promote learner leadership, active participation, and meaningful service to the school community.

Domingo M. Locsin Elementary School's Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), under the unwavering leadership of President Miea Losset V. Pagayon, celebrated National Women's Month with a special program honoring the dedicated female teachers. This year's celebration, themed "Babae ka, Hindi Babae lang!", highlighted the multifaceted roles and contributions of women beyond traditional gender expectations. The event included a short program and a complimentary breakfast( Arroz Caldo and Bread) and coffee, demonstrating appreciation for their strength, resilience, and contributions in all aspects of their lives – as educators, mothers, community members, and individuals. The SELG extends its sincere gratitude to the supportive parents, Mrs. Francisca L. Pinos, P-I the School Head for her approval and support and to all who contributed to this successful event. Together, we empower women, foster education, and build a stronger community. Happy National Women's Month!

A big THANK YOU to everyone who made our community outreach program a success! We're grateful to our school head Ma'am Francisca L. Pinos, Principal I, for supporting our initiative, to Brgy. Captain Lourdes Pedico for allowing us to conduct our programs and use the covered court, and to the parents for allowing their children to participate. We had a wonderful time sharing our reading and feeding programs with the community!
