TINGNAN: Humanga si Bayan Patroller Judie Solmia Solis sa katatagan at pagsusumikap ng senior high school student na si nanay Nelda Bakilid Yadao, 56 anyos, mula sa Barangay Bolhoon, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur.

Kuwento ni Bayan Patroller Judie, nagulat siya nang makita si nanay Nelda sa pictorial para sa moving up ceremony dahil hindi niya inakala na estudyante pala si nanay Nelda.

"Galak na galak po kasi kami kasi lagi siyang on time mag-submt ng modules at performance task niya. Inspired at motivated po na mag-aral si nanay kahit na nasa kahirapan."

Ayon naman kay nanay Nelda, natigil siya sa pag-aaral dahil sa kahirapan. Aniya, dahil free tuition naman ang pag-aaral sa pampublikong paaralan, nagkaroon siya ng pag-asa.

Ani nanay Nelda, sana'y makapagtapos siya ng senior high school at magkaroon ng oportunidad mag-aral sa kolehiyo kaya umaasa siyang may tutulong at susuporta sa kaniya para rito. | via Sarah Sales, Bayan Mo, Ipatrol Mo
