As we face the approaching typhoon that is expected to hit the Visayas region, let us all remain calm yet vigilant. Before the typhoon arrives, make sure to monitor the latest weather updates and advisories from trusted sources such as PAGASA and local authorities. Prepare your family’s “go bag” containing food, water, clothes, medicines, flashlights, and important documents. Inspect your homes for weak parts that may easily be damaged by strong winds and secure your pets and livestock in safe areas. Remember, preparedness saves lives — plan ahead and know the evacuation routes in your community.

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻, it is important to stay indoors and stay calm. Keep away from glass windows and avoid going outside for any reason unless absolutely necessary. Turn off the main electrical switch and water valve to prevent accidents, and use flashlights instead of candles to avoid fire hazards. Stay tuned to reliable news updates on television, radio, or your phone for real-time information. If you are in an evacuation center, follow the instructions of authorities and maintain order. Always put your safety and the safety of others first.

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻, do not be in a hurry to go outside. Wait for authorities to announce that it is safe to return home. Avoid fallen trees, damaged structures, and live electrical wires. Be cautious in checking and repairing your house and ensure that electrical outlets and appliances are completely dry before using them. Dispose of stagnant water in cans, pots, or tires to prevent mosquito breeding. Most importantly, extend a helping hand to your neighbors and classmates who may be affected. 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙄𝙉! 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙂𝙀𝙏!

Imagine waking up one morning to find the streets empty, newspapers gone, and soldiers patrolling every corner — your freedom was taken away overnight. This was the reality when Martial Law was declared on September 21, 1972. What was promised as a solution to chaos soon became one of the most controversial chapters in Philippine history.🇵🇭

Behind the promise of peace was a dark reality. Thousands were jailed without trial, activists disappeared, and fear silenced the voices of the people. The economy, once booming, later crumbled under massive debt and corruption. The price of “order” was the loss of freedom.⛓️‍💥🕊️

Martial Law is a warning we must never forget. It teaches us that freedom is fragile — and once taken, hard to win back. Let us stay vigilant, speak out, and protect our democracy so history will never repeat its darkest chapters.📜

The TLE officers together with their club adviser Ma'am Cornelia Castor did a super job cleaning up TLE Park! They worked hard to pick up all the trash and make the park look brand new. Plants were trimmed, and everything was tidied with care. 🌳🌿🌱

These officers showed us how much they care about our schools surrounding. 💚 They made sure every corner of the park was sparkling clean. Their teamwork made the park a better place for all. A big thank you to the TLE adviser and officers for their hard work! 🙌

The event took place at the PNCHS Covered Court during the Nutrition Month culminating program, where each candidate showcased not only their grace and poise but also their knowledge and skills. 🫂✨
