๐๐๐๐ | Alumni Batch 1973 and Sola Gratia Enrich AAIโs Sabbath Program
A Sabbath filled with worship and praise unfolded at Adventist Academy-Iloilo, Inc. as Alumni Batch 1973 returned to their alma mater to spend the August 22 Sabbath with the AAI community, while Sola Gratia shared their musical talents throughout the Sabbath program.
AAIcians were blessed to hear meaningful testimonies from selected members of Alumni Batch 1973, who shared reflections from their life experiences. During the Divine Service, Mrs. Rossie Decolongon Cuadra emphasized the urgency of the Christian calling, encouraging the congregation to remain strong in the Lord and yield themselves fully to Him.
Moreover, AAIcians participated in a singing workshop led by Sola Gratia conductor Mr. Cyril Punay, who shared vocal and conducting techniques. Beyond technical skills, Mr. Punay highlighted that a good-sounding choir begins with a good relationship among its members
The Sabbath concluded with the Sola Gratia Chorale Friendship Concert at 3:00 p.m. in the AAI Chapel, where the chorale performed eight songs, followed by two pieces with the AAI Mass Choir.
This Sabbath became a meaningful occasion of worship, learning, fellowship, and service, reminding AAIcians to use their God-given talents and remain faithful to their Christian calling.
