Today, we celebrate World Mental Health Awarenes month, a month to raise awareness and promote understanding about mental health. We are called to work towards a world where mental health stigma is addressed and our well-being is nourished.

Let us join hands in fostering a compassionate society and advocating for mental health awareness and support. Together, we can make a positive change. We are hoping that we can come together and continuously move towards promoting mental health awareness and breaking the stigma against people with mental illnesses.
