TUKLAS 2026: Empowering Future Educators Through Learning and Innovation
The 4th Year BSEd Mathematics students of the College of Education – Ifugao State University, Potia Campus, through Grupo Sipnayan, successfully conducted TUKLAS 2026: Teaching Upgraded Knowledge and Learning Approaches for Success on August 11, 2026, at the Defense Room, CAE Building.
With the theme, “Empowering Educators, Elevating Learners: Strategies for Success,” the activity provided future educators with a meaningful avenue to deepen their knowledge, strengthen their teaching skills, and explore effective approaches to classroom instruction.
The event featured insightful sessions on “Fundamentals of Lesson Planning” and “Effective Classroom Teaching and Learning Strategies: Crafting the Appropriate Instructional Materials,” led by distinguish resource speakers from Ramon National High School, Sir Laureano C. Ang Jr., MSME, and Sir Marvin S. Baldonado.
The learning continued through an interactive Workshop on Lesson Planning and Crafting Instructional Materials, allowing the 4th-year BSEd Mathematics students to apply the concepts and strategies they had learned and transform them into practical instructional materials.
Through this initiative, the 4th Year BSEd Mathematics students demonstrated their commitment to continuous learning and their readiness to take on the responsibilities of the teaching profession.
