| As weather conditions remain unfavorable, face-to-face classes remain suspended. Please be advised that classes and academic activities across all Pampanga State University campuses will be conducted through online synchronous learning on August 19 and 20, 2026.

However, students who are unable to attend their online classes due to the prevailing weather conditions are advised to notify their respective instructors. Their absence may be excused, subject to the instructorโ€™s appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

| Due to the heavy rainfall warning and prevailing weather conditions, face-to-face classes at Pampanga State University โ€“ Porac Campus are suspended tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday).

Classes will instead be conducted through online synchronous learning. Students are advised to coordinate with their respective instructors regarding class schedules, online platforms, and other instructions.

The University Student Council (USC) and the Office of the Student Regent (OSR) are conducting a Student Situation Check-In to assess the current conditions of our fellow Honorians amid the prevailing weather situation.

| Due to the prevailing heavy rains and flooding affecting various areas of Pampanga, the 2026 ๐—–๐—ข๐— ๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—–๐—˜๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง ๐—˜๐—ซ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—–๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—˜๐—ฆ of Pampanga State University โ€“ Porac Campus, originally scheduled on August 14, 2026 (Friday), are POSTPONED until further notice.

Meanwhile, classes at the Porac Campus will continue through online synchronous learning from August 12 to 16, 2026.

Students who are directly affected by the weather conditions and are unable to attend their online classes are advised to inform their respective instructors for appropriate consideration.

| Please be advised that the 2026 Commencement Exercises scheduled for August 12 to 14, 2026, will proceed as planned at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center, Pampanga State University โ€“ Bacolor Campus.

The University provides the following safety, security, and traffic advisories for the duration of the event:
โ€ข For attendees arriving in private vehicles: The designated drop-off zone is at Gate 6 (the gate near the University gymnasium). Entry will be through San Vicente Court, while exit will be through Sta. Ines.
โ€ข For commuters: Attendees are advised to enter through Gate 1 (Main Gate).

A separate advisory will be issued regarding the rescheduling of the August 10 and 11 commencement schedules.
