Donation Drive for Typhoon Tino Victims at So. Bangkal, Kaburihan, Manolo, and Trinidad โ Brgy. DSB, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental was indeed a success. โจ๏ธ
In line with the English Month celebration, the PNHS English Department, headed by Maโam ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐รฑ๐๐ณ, who spearheaded the initiative of this donation drive, together with the English Club led by Paulyn Joy Antillon, and The Lighthouse/Ang Parola, the official publication of PNHS under the guidance of Sir ๐๐๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐จ and Maโam ๐๐จ๐ณ๐ก ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐ณ๐, successfully conducted the outreach program for the families affected by Typhoon Tino. ๐
We extend our heartfelt thank you to the Boy Scouts led by Sir ๐๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐จ ๐. ๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ, we also acknowledge the presence of Eagle Scouts Manong ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐จ and Manang ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฅ ๐๐, as well as the Girl Scouts under Maโam ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐. Your presence strengthened our efforts and made the program even more meaningful. ๐๐ปโค๏ธ

To the 150 beneficiaries from the affected sitios, it feels good seeing you walking back home with smile on your faces. ๐ฅบ๐ซถ๐ป May this simple act of service bring light to your hearts as you continue to rise from these challenges.

And to every volunteer who worked quietly behind the scenes, carrying boxes, organizing items, entertaining the children, distributing goods, a huge thank you! You served without expecting anything in return, and that kind of kindness is the foundation of true community.
For many of our students, this was their first outreach. They found it fun, eye-opening, and heartwarming. Witnessing teachers from different departments united for one purpose truly inspired them. ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ
