The Capiz State University (CAPSU) Pontevedra Campus is looking for interested and qualified applicants to apply for the following positions (see images for more details).
Interested applicants should signify their intention to apply by submitting their application documents and credentials listed below together with their application letter not later than February 20, 2026, 5:00 PM.
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance Rating in the present position for one (1) year, (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License (if applicable);
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma (if applicable);
5. Photocopy of PSA/NSO Live Birth and/or Certificate of Marriage (if applicable);
6. Photocopy of Certificate/s of Seminars and/or Trainings Attended;
7. Photocopy of proof of membership in professional organizations (certificate, identification cards, etc.) and copy of certification of engagement, role, assignment from the head of the organization;
8. Photocopy of letter/ certificate of acceptance for every paper presentation in conferences (local/international);
9. Photocopy of certificate of recognition/award for every award of distinction received in recognition of achievement in relevant areas of specialization/profession and/or assignment of the faculty concerned (institutional/local/regional); and
10. Photocopy of Service Records/Certificate of (Previous/Current) Employment.
