Rizal Elementary School is now accepting Early Registration for the following levels:

• Incoming Kindergarten (5 years old and above)
• Incoming Grade One
• Transferees / Balik-Aral Learners

📅 January 31 – February 27, 2026
📍 Rizal Elementary School

Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng magulang at mag-aaral na magpa-rehistro nang maaga upang masiguro ang maayos at handang pagsisimula ng School Year 2026–2027.

Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag-October 31, 20261

1. Basic Education Early Registration Form
2. PSA Birth Certificate
Kung wala pang PSA Birth Certificate, maaaring magsumite muna ng alinman sa mga sumusunod:
• NSO Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Live Birth (Local Civil Registry)
• National ID
• Barangay Certification
• Baptismal Certificate

📌 GRADE 1
Mga batang Kindergarten completer o kasalukuyang naka-enrol sa Kindergarten

1. Basic Education Early Registration Form
2. Kindergarten Report Card / ECCD Checklist
3. PSA Birth Certificate
Kung wala pang PSA Birth Certificate, maaaring magsumite muna ng alinman sa mga sumusunod:
• NSO Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Live Birth (Local Civil Registry)
• National ID
• Barangay Certification
• Baptismal Certificate
