🌧️ RAINY DAY & FLOOD SAFETY REMINDERS 🌊
Hi everyone! As we experience more rain, please keep these safety tips in mind to stay safe:
✅ BEFORE IT RAINS:
Clean your surroundings and drainage to avoid flooding.
Prepare an emergency bag with food, water, flashlight, batteries, medicine, and important documents.
Charge your phones and power banks.
Listen to weather updates and announcements.
🚫 DURING HEAVY RAIN OR FLOOD:
Stay indoors if possible.
Don’t walk or drive through floodwaters – it can be dangerous.
Turn off electricity if water enters your home.
Evacuate if your barangay tells you to do so.
🆘 IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
Call your barangay or emergency hotlines.
Help children, elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Follow instructions from authorities.
💡 REMEMBER:
Avoid touching floodwater – it can cause sickness.
Make sure your drinking water is clean.
