🗓️ On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵, 𝙔𝙀𝙎 𝙊 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 Gabrielle Jasmine Navarra and Matthew Arguelles, together with advisers, Ma. Jacqueline Fabros and Sir Rodel Azares, took part in the 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙥 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔—spearheaded by the 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗥-𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘇 with the theme 𝑪𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔. This year’s International Coastal Cleanup Day not only targets having cleaner coasts and healthier protected seas but also helping communities that depend on coastal and marine ecosystems for their livelihood. 🪸

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 | 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬! 💥🎭

𝙎𝙤, 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙣? Yes, of course!
Just by looking at the brimming smiles from the faces of those who had a great time completed our day. This year’s Acquaintance Party ‘𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚-𝐇𝐢! 𝐏𝐚𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐲’ was definitely a blast. The sheer thrill of witnessing competitions to the showcase of talents of skills immediately caught our attention 👀—from that we can say that this was definitely 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓. 🎡🎟️

Together with the BKD, the YES O operated the 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒕—filled with games and moments that can only be 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨. 📸 Through 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 and preparation both organizations were able to pull off this grand activity. Without cooperation, dedication and teamwork this particular activity would not have happened. 🫂

This event was all about 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, and 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and bonds that will last a lifetime. One of the aspects that makes this event memorable, regardless of age and identity is that all individuals had fun and that’s what’s really important. 🪄

💨 On 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝟐𝟗, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization participated in 𝗘𝗖𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. This initiative aims to promote environmental stewardship and climate action by conducting a simultaneous tree-planting activity. Through this activity, we are able to help the decreasing population of trees and protect nature’s diverse ecosystem. 🍃🪵

With every seedling planted, a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 for the future arrives. Trees are what makes the earth breathe — so, let’s help and promote a 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩! 🌳

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 || 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧s 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞! 🦟🚫

In accordance with the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, Pontevedra National High School joined a province-wide initiative for the prevention of dengue, led by the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Officers. The activity aims to prevent the alarming rise of dengue cases here in Capiz and to ensure the safety and well-being of students, teachers, and staff.

🌿 A 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡-𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙪𝙥 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 was conducted and through the efforts of Pontenalians, the search and destruction for possible mosquito breeding sites was easily completed. Environmental measures were involved to help 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻—striving for a healthier and cleaner environment in which everyone can be safe. 🗣️

Remember that proper monitoring and management is keen to keep our community 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲! 🍃

This activity focuses on reclaiming the environment’s true beauty through planting trees around our campus. Every Stakeholders, Alumni, Faculty and Staff, students and volunteers are encouraged to bring at least one seedling, one tree guard and planting materials to contribute to our initiative in preserving and helping mother nature regain its vitality. The last event of the School-Year truly made an astounding impact to the 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬. 🌬🏃‍♂️

🌈The day started with 𝙛𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙨 as they were splashed onto the smiles of each face. From registration to a round of fun zumba exercises to finishing off to the finish line — this kicked off the highlights of the event. What a way to start the day with a loud roar of excitement as 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 engaged a sweet race to victory! As the gust of the mornings' cold breeze flew, the student's of 𝑷𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒅𝒓𝒂 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 set off a journey towards the last run. It showcased a round of scorching energy, joy, and unity as participants raced back to school. 🏅

🎶 Cheers echoed in every corner, every movement joined with the rhythm and combined with perfect synchronisation with the vibes — there's no denying that it was a 𝒉𝒖𝒈𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔. Such events wouldn't even be possible with the committee behind it. A great token of appreciation and 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐤𝐮𝐝𝐨𝐬 goes out to them. The run started at 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 and ended at our very own school, 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥. The second day of the celebration showcased a mix of electrifying energy, excitement, joy, and unity as participants raced along the long-kilometer highway. 🍀✨

Heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the individuals who were involved in making this event possible—those who coordinated, helped, and worked together to create a long-lasting and memorable experience for this year’s founding anniversary. 🏃‍♀️🏃💨
