This September, Polomolok Taekwondo Gym (PTG) turns 12! 🎉🥋

For 12 years, our journey has never been measured by medals and victories alone. Our greatest achievement is the number of Taekwondo Jins and parents who have stayed with us, supported us, and grown with PTG through the years.

There have been wins, losses, challenges, and different opinions—but through it all, we continue to move forward as one family, guided by discipline, sportsmanship, and dedication.

📢 POLOMOLOK TAEKWONDO GYM | UPDATED TRAINING SCHEDULE 🥋

Attention, PTG family! Please take note of our updated weekly training schedule.

📅 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
🕟 1st Session: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
🕠 2nd Session: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

📅 Saturday
🕜 Training Session: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM (Sparring Day)

🚫 No Training: Wednesday & Sunday

We encourage all students to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their session, wearing a complete dobok and bringing their water bottle. Consistent attendance, discipline, and dedication are the keys to becoming a stronger martial artist.
