NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF PARENTS' ORIENTATION

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please be informed that the scheduled Parents' Orientation tomorrow has been postponed due to the suspension of classes and activities.

This decision has been made primarily to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone concerned. The suspension and related declarations are intended not only to protect our learners but also our teachers, school personnel, and parents.

Conducting the orientation despite the suspension may expose participants to unnecessary risks and could create liability concerns in the event of any untoward incident.

The school administration believes that the safety of our entire school community must always come first. A new schedule for the Parents' Orientation will be announced once conditions are deemed safe and appropriate.

Due to the recent earthquake and the suspension of classes last week, today serves our First Day of School & First Flag Ceremony.

We thank God for His protection and guidance during this challenging time. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our parents, pupils, teachers, and community members for your patience, understanding, and support.

Based on their evaluation, the school has been issued a GREEN TAG, indicating that the school buildings and facilities are safe for use and occupancy.

This assessment affirms that our learning environment remains secure and conducive for our learners. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Municipal Engineering Office for their thorough inspection and guidance in ensuring the safety and well-being of the school community.

An order declaring the suspension of classes in ALL levels both public and private schools, within the Municipality of Polomolok on June 15, 2026 due to continuing aftershocks, including the magnitude 5.7 aftershock recorded on June 13, 2026.

Our RDANA Team will continue to conduct their assessments to all schools.

SCHOOL ADVISORY

We would like to inform our dear parents, students, and stakeholders that representatives from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) visited our school and conducted an inspection of our facilities.

Based on their assessment, our school facilities are safe for use. However, the resumption of classes and school operations remains subject to the final recommendation and official announcement of the Local Government Unit (LGU).

We kindly ask everyone to stay updated through our official school page for further announcements and updates.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 034, series of 2026, Mayor Bernie D. Palencia has ordered the suspension of classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the Municipality of Polomolok on June 9, 2026, following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that affected the area.

Regular work operations in government offices shall resume, while emergency and frontline services shall remain fully operational.

Please stay alert, observe safety precautions, and monitor official LGU Polomolok channels for further updates.
