MEMORANDUM No. 4, s. 2023

As we strive to maintain a secure and organized campus environment, we are implementing a policy that will come into effect on December 1, 2023. Starting from this date, the "No PCC School ID, No Entry" policy will be strictly enforced across all areas of the campus.

This policy is being introduced to ensure our school community members' safety and streamline access to campus facilities. This means that all students must present a valid PCC - ID upon entry, and no exceptions will be made for any reason.

Please take the necessary steps to ensure that you have your PCC - ID with you at all times when on campus. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and efficient campus environment.

📢 Announcement: Signing of Student Clearances

Dear Students,

As the mid-term exams approach, we would like to remind you about the importance of signing your clearances. These clearances are necessary to ensure that you are eligible to take your exams and continue your academic journey smoothly.

We would like to inform you that the discipline officer will be overseeing the signing of clearances. In order to obtain your clearance, it is essential that you adhere to the following guidelines regarding proper haircuts and hair colors:

1. Proper Haircut:
- Your hair should be neatly groomed and trimmed.
- Extreme hairstyles or cuts that may cause distractions during exams are not permitted.
- We encourage you to maintain a professional and respectful appearance.

2. Proper Hair Colors:
- Natural hair colors are preferred.
- Unnatural or vibrant hair colors, such as neon or pastel shades, are not allowed.


Please note that these guidelines apply to all students, regardless of gender or personal preferences. To sign your clearance, please make sure that your haircut and hair color comply with these guidelines.

📣 ADVISORY ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF WEARING OF SCHOOL UNIFORM AND PROPER GROOMING 📣

On Monday, September 18, 2023, students in all year levels are expected to wear the prescribed school uniform with the logo. Meanwhile, those who already have their uniforms are encouraged to wear them.
Furthermore, everyone is reminded to have a school ID before entering the campus.
