CONGRATULATIONS to all newly qualified Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grantees!!!

After the careful evaluation and validation of applications of all TES applicants conducted by the UNIFAST, below are the names of students who successfully qualified under Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program.

You are hereby advised to start preparing and submit all the necessary documents for validation and submission of biiling requirements. The following documents to be submitted at the Office of the TES Focal Person:

đź“ŚPhotocopy of School ID or any government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
đź“ŚClear copy of Landbank Account

Instruction in Opening of Lanbank Account:

ONLINE APPLICATION VIA DOBS
đź“ŚFill out the form: Visit the Landbank Online Account Opening (DOBS) page and select your preferred account type.

đź“ŚSave your number: Keep the application number and confirmation sent to your email.
đź“ŚVisit a branch: Go to any Landbank branch within 30 days. Bring a valid ID and your initial deposit to finish the process.

Note: In choosing the type of account to avail or open, please select the "PISO Account".

đź“ŚA valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS, UMID, or PRC ID)

đź“ŚOpen the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA) on your phone.
đź“ŚTap "Open an Account" on the screen, then press "Continue".
đź“ŚSelect "I would like to open a LANDBANK account".
đź“ŚChoose your preferred account type from the list:
----LANDBANK PISO Plus (No initial deposit, max balance of ₱50,000)
đź“ŚFill out the required personal information and scan or upload your supporting valid ID.
đź“ŚReview the terms, agree to the conditions, and submit your application.
đź“ŚSave or screenshot the acknowledgment page or reference number provided upon successful submission.

Important Reminder: You have to deposit atleast 100.00 pesos to keep your LBP account active.

For questions and concerns kindly look for Mr. Ferdinand Salvador, PCC TES/TDP Focal Person at the PCC Finance Office. Deadline of submission for requirements is on or before September 25, 2026.

All TDP and TES Grantees listed below are hereby instructed to submit your respective Landbank Account on or before September 23, 2026. As per instruction of UNIFAST Regional Coordinator, all billings will not push through validation process unless all grantees have already secured and submitted their active LBP accounts. We would like to asked for your cooperation with regards on this matter to avoid delays in fund transfer of your respective grants.

In order to give chance to those who failed to accomplish the TES Online Application Form last July 31, we are extending the application until August 5, 2026.

đź“ŚWHAT: Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program
Application for Academic Year 2026–2027!

đź“ŚQualifications:
- Currently enrolled First Year to Fourth Year students.
- Not a recipient of any government-funded scholarship, grant, or financial assistance program.
- Not an existing TES/TDP grantee.
đź“ŚApplication Process:
Interested applicants are required to accomplish the Online TES Application Form (Google Form) using the link provided by the TES/TDP Focal Person. Please ensure that all required information is complete and accurate before submitting your application.
