Ito ay isinasagawa sa pamamagitan ng pagpapatay ng mga ilaw at pansamantalang pagtigil sa paggamit ng mga elektronikong kagamitan sa loob ng isang oras bilang simbolo ng ating sama-samang pagpapahalaga at pangangalaga sa ating kalikasan.
