PALM SUNDAY MARKS THE START OF HOLY WEEK 2026

"The day of Palm Sunday makes us remember Jesus' entry into Jerusalem as the King of Peace. This is the time to show honor and humility for His great love and sacrifice for all of us. Hopefully, this serves as an inspiration for us to become humble and generous to others." 🌿🙏

Christ Candle (White Candle)
The Christ Candle is lit on Christmas Day to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the true Light of the World. It is white because white stands for purity, goodness, joy, and victory over darkness. This candle reminds us that Jesus is "Emmanuel", which means “God with us,” showing that God chose to be close to His people. The Christ Candle is a sign that God kept His promise by sending His Son to save the world. It brings a message of hope to those who are sad, peace to those who are afraid, love to every heart, and new life to all who believe. As we light the Christ Candle, we are reminded to welcome Jesus into our lives and share His light by being kind, loving, forgiving, and faithful every day.
