🎉 TWO DAYS DONE — ECP ASSESSMENT COMPLETED! 🎉
Finally finished! After two productive and intensive days, we have successfully completed the assessment process for our ECP applicants. 👏📚
The applicants went through the different stages of the assessment, including:
✅ Demonstration Teaching for the Classroom Observable Indicators (COI)
✅ Portfolio Presentation and Validation for the Non-Classroom Observable Indicators (NCOI)
✅ Behavioral Events Interview (BEI)
It was indeed a demanding two days, but completing the entire process makes all the effort worthwhile. Our appreciation goes to everyone who worked together to ensure that the assessment was conducted objectively, systematically, and professionally.
