REGARDING TREE CUTTING GUIDELINES

Buanga Elementary School formally acknowledges the receipt of 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟳𝟱, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, titled "𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙨.” Our institution fully aligns with the Department of Education and the DENR’s mandate to protect our natural resources. We emphasize that any tree-related activity on school grounds must strictly adhere to the legal procedures outlined in the 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗥 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, ensuring that environmental stewardship remains a core value of our educational community.

The school administration maintains 𝗮 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼-𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. We hereby notify the faculty, staff, parents, and the general public that any and all activities involving the cutting or pruning of trees must be reported to and known by the School Head prior to commencement. This oversight is necessary to ensure that every action is supported by the required LGU endorsements, PTA resolutions, and official DENR permits. Ignorance of these protocols will not be accepted as an excuse for bypassing the law.

Violation of this act, including the use of unregistered chainsaws or the unauthorized cutting of trees, shall be dealt with severely. Any individual—whether internal personnel or an outside party—found engaging in these illegal activities will be subject to appropriate administrative penalties and criminal prosecution under existing environmental laws and regulations.

𝗕𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and we will not hesitate to coordinate with law enforcement to protect our school’s integrity and natural heritage.

LOOK: The Buanga ES SELG General Rally and Election Day for School Year 2026–2027 was successfully held today, February 5, 2026—a celebration of student leadership, unity, and the power of every learner’s voice. The event brought together the school community to witness two dedicated parties, Partidong Matatag led by Joshua G. Verzo and Partidong Matulungin led by Tyrone Deiniel E. Agulay, as they shared their goals and vision for serving their fellow learners.

The rally emphasized the value of responsible leadership and active participation in building a positive school environment. Learners confidently presented themselves to the crowd, inspiring their peers to take part in the democratic process and make their voices heard.

Voting immediately followed through an online election, promoting fairness, transparency, and modern student engagement. The official winning candidates will be announced tomorrow, February 6. Regardless of the results, today stands as a meaningful reminder that leadership begins with courage, teamwork, and a shared commitment to serve.
