This day was filled with excitement, learning, and pride as Buanga Elementary School joined the Pinili District Science September Fiesta held at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial School.
Our young learners came not only to compete, but also to learn, explore, create and share their talents. Throughout the different activities, they showed that being a young scientist is not just about knowing facts, it is also about being curious, thinking creatively, working with others and having the courage to step forward.

Our bright Kindergartener, ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ, brought his imagination to life in the โPicture, Picture, Tell Me Moreโ Contest. Through his creative storytelling, he showed how a simple picture can spark wonderful ideas and meaningful stories. With the guidance and support of his coach, Ms. Jashlyn Kaye P. Pascua.

Our talented Grade 1 learner, ๐๐ก๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ณ, proudly secured 3rd Place in his category. His determination, quick thinking, and growing knowledge helped him stand out in the competition. With the guidance and encouragement of his dedicated coach, Ms. Diana Rose F. Rondal, Chlyde gave his best and showed that hard work and confidence can take young learners a long way.

She delivered her piece with expression and confidence, showing her talent and courage to stand before an audience and share her voice. With the guidance and support of her coach, Ms. Diana Rose F. Rondal, Kaitlyn gave her best and made Buanga ES proud.

With determination and confidence, he took on every word and gave his best throughout the competition. His preparation and growing vocabulary, together with the supervision of his coach, Mrs. Judith T. Coloma, helped him face the challenge with courage.

He put his knowledge and observation skills to the test, showing his growing interest in Science and his willingness to learn and compete. With the support of his coach, Mrs. Judith T. Coloma, Zinan gave his best and proudly showcased his skills.

A picture can tell a story, but ๐๐ก๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐ณ๐๐ง, Grade 5, showed that it can also tell a story about Innovation. With creativity, a keen eye and thoughtful writing, Jhayren emerged as the 4th Placer in the SCI-SNAP contest. His achievement was made possible through the support and coaching of Mr. Benjie Karlo T. Aguinaldo.

Aguinaldo, Catalino gave his best and proudly shared his voice as a young science communicator.

Through his words, he shared his ideas about Science with bravery and smartness, showing his potential as a young science writer. His efforts were further nurtured by his class adviser, Mr. Benjie Karlo T. Aguinaldo.

The competition tested their understanding of Science ideas and concepts, scientific vocabulary, and general Science knowledge. They stayed focused, shared what they knew, and worked together as they answered each question. They were coached by Mr. Benjie Karlo T. Aguinaldo.

After all the hard work, practice, and effort of our learners and coaches, Buanga Elementary School earned 6th Place Overall in the Science Fiesta 2026! Every participant gave their best, and each achievement became part of this wonderful accomplishment.
Behind every achievement are parents who quietly support, teachers who patiently guide, and learners who continue to give their best. To our dear parents, thank you for always being there, encouraging your children, helping them prepare, making time for practices and cheering them on every step of the way. Your support, whether big or small, means so much to our learners and gives them the confidence to keep going. To our dedicated teachers, thank you for your time, patience, and effort in helping our learners discover and develop their talents. And to our enthusiastic Head Teacher I, Mrs. Luzviminda T. Aguinaldo, thank you for your continued support and leadership. This achievement is truly a shared success of our learners, parents, and teachers.
From the classroom to the competition stage, our young learners continue to show that Buanga ES is a place where curiosity is nurtured, talents are discovered and dreams are given a chance to grow.
