Alinsunod sa deklarasyon ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Pinamalayan, SUSPENDIDO ang Face-to-Face Classes sa Papandayan Elementary School bukas, Agosto 18, 2026 (Martes), dulot ng epekto ng sama ng panahon.
Sa ilalim ng patakaran ng Department of Education (DepEd) na tinatawag na "Hayo-Hinay-Hinga-Hinto" Framework (sa ilalim ng DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026 ), ang antas na “Hinay” (Ease-in) ay ipinatutupad tuwing may banayad o katamtamang abala (mild disruptions) tulad ng masamang panahon o kaunting problema sa komunidad. Sa yugtong ito, nagiging mas dahan-dahan, flexible, at may konsiderasyon sa stress ang pagpapatuloy ng klase.
Hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling ligtas at iwasan ang paglabas ng bahay kung hindi naman kinakailangan. Makikipag-ugnayan ang inyong mga g**o ukol sa mga gawain na maaari ninyong gawin sa inyong mga bahay.
