Binobong High School formally inducted its newly elected student organization officers, Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (HPTA), School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), and Faculty Club officers for School Year 2026โ2027 during a Mass Induction Ceremony held at the BHS Pavilion on July 17, 2026.
The ceremony was led by Hon. Marivic B. SolanoโMunicipal Mayor of Pili, who served as the inducting officer and administered the Mass Oath-Taking and the Pledge of Commitment of all newly elected leaders.
The program formally opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, led by Mr. Mark Q. Mamansag, JHS Teacher, followed by an opening prayer led by Mrs. Beverly C. Aguit, also a JHS Teacher.
School Headโ Sir Michael B. Nuรฑez delivered the Opening Remarks, where Sir Nuรฑez welcomed the guests and acknowledged the unwavering support of the local government and the community in strengthening the school's programs and initiatives. Representative of Hon. Maria Roxan R. Nayles also expressed full support for the school's programs and reaffirmed the local government's commitment to continuous partnership in promoting youth development and quality education.
The highlight of the ceremony was the Mass Oath-Taking and the signing of the Pledge of Commitment, officiated by Hon. Marivic B. Solano. The advisers of different organizations presented its newly elected officers including the ABRASA Club, AP Club, Boy Scout of the Philippines, English Enclave, MAPEH/DRRM Club, Math Club, SAMAFIL, Science and YES-O Club, SIKAP/ESP Club, Sports Club, TLE Club, The Sprout/An Talubo School Publication, WINS Club, and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers along with the new SPTA (School Parent-Teacher Association), HPTA (Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association) and Faculty Club officers.
Hon. Rhollie T. BalidโBarangay Captain of Binobong, Pili, Camarines Sur, delivered a short but inspiring message, saying, โAng barangay ay pirmi lang yaon jan, padagos ang pag-suporta para sa karahayan kan eskwelahan,โ reaffirming the barangay's continuous support for the school's growth and development.
Representing the student leaders, Alexa Unice G. AgapitoโSSLG President, delivered a heartfelt message on behalf of the newly elected officers. Agapito pledged to uphold transparency, encourage active student participation, and practice student-centered leadership throughout the school year.
Mrs. Edita M. CalibaraโFaculty President, shared an inspiring message, saying, โMagtarabangan kita, mag-sirbe kitang ehemplo.โ Calibara encouraged everyone to work together and become role models in building a stronger and more united school community.
Likewise, Mr. Francisco L. NacarioโSPTA President, delivered a heartfelt message emphasizing the importance of cooperation, stating, โMagtarabang po kita sa karahayan kan eskwelahan,โ reminding everyone that meaningful progress begins with unity and shared responsibility.
The program also featured an inspirational talk from the Public Schools District Supervisor of Pili East, Cyril Rariza-Salazar, PhD. She emphasized the vital role of student leadership in nation-building and encouraged the newly elected officers to see their positions not merely as titles but as opportunities to create positive change and inspire others through genuine service.
The event, organized to formally install the newly elected student and school community leaders, gathered school administrators, teachers, parents, students, and local government officials to witness the official turnover of responsibilities and the officers' commitment to serve with dedication and integrity.
As the school community officially recognizes their positions, many are looking forward to witness their ability to lead, with purpose, discipline and commitment in making the school community a better place not just for students but for everyone.
