𝐒𝐏𝐓𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐒, 𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐈 𝐅𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐓𝐀

Isang panibagong karangalan ang natanggap ni G. Francisco Nacario, Pangulo ng SPTA ng Binobong High School, matapos siyang mahalal bilang Business Manager ng Pili Federated Parent-Teacher Association para sa Taong Panuruan 2026–2027.

Isinagawa ang halalan sa panahon ng Reorganization ng nasabing pederasyon noong ika-6 ng Agosto 2026 sa Rodriguez National High School, alinsunod sa Joint District Memorandum Blg. 01, s. 2026 na inilabas ng Distrito ng Pili East at West.

Bilang bagong Business Manager, inaasahang makikibahagi si G. Nacario sa pamamahala ng mga programa, proyekto, at gawaing pinansyal ng pederasyon. Ang kanyang malawak na karanasan sa pamumuno bilang Pangulo ng SPTA ay inaasahang makapag-aambag nang malaki sa pagpapatibay ng ugnayan sa pagitan ng mga magulang, g**o, at mga paaralan sa nasasakupang distrito.

Ang kanyang pagkapanalo ay patunay ng tiwala at suporta ng kapwa opisyal ng Parent-Teacher Association sa kanyang kakayahan, integridad, at dedikasyon sa pagsusulong ng kapakanan ng edukasyon.

Buong pagmamalaking ipinapaabot ng buong komunidad ng Binobong High School — mga g**o, magulang, at mag-aaral — ang taos-pusong pagbati kay G. Francisco Nacario. Nawa’y maging matagumpay ang kanyang panunungkulan at magsilbing inspirasyon sa patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng pagkakaisa at mabuting pamamahala tungo sa de-kalidad na edukasyon para sa bawat mag-aaral.

Ang Mataas na Paaralan ng Binobong ay buong pagmamalaking nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa ngayong Agosto 2026, na may temang:

With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of our beloved colleague, Sir Mark Q. Mamansag. His kindness, dedication, and service have left a lasting mark on everyone whose lives he touched.

𝐁𝐇𝐒 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐔𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Binobong High School (BHS) added another milestone to its growing list of achievements after receiving the Sustainability Award during the Project Sustaining, Strengthening, and Supporting Three-Star Schools through Awards and Recognition (3STAR) for School Year 2024–2025, held on July 22, 2026, at Robinsons Place Activity Center, Naga City.
The recognition honors schools that have consistently sustained the highest level of compliance under the Department of Education's (DepEd) Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Schools (WinS) Program, reflecting BHS' continued commitment to providing a safe, healthy, and learner-friendly environment.
According to DepEd, the Three-Star Approach, established under DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016, recognizes schools that consistently meet national standards for sustainable and accessible water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities while promoting proper hygiene practices among learners.
BHS received the Sustainability Award for maintaining these standards and demonstrating excellence in implementing the WinS Program, reinforcing its dedication to quality health and sanitation initiatives within the school community.
The ceremony also recognized former School Principal Miguel P. Barcia for his leadership in strengthening the school's WinS implementation. WinS Coordinator Grace P. Ampongan was likewise honored for spearheading the program alongside student advocates who actively promoted proper water, sanitation, and hygiene practices throughout the campus.
The recognition marks another significant achievement for Binobong High School, highlighting the collective efforts of its administrators, teachers, WinS Coordinator, students and stakeholders in fostering a clean, safe, and health-conscious learning environment.

𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐋𝐘 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐇𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Binobong High School formally inducted its newly elected student organization officers, Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (HPTA), School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), and Faculty Club officers for School Year 2026–2027 during a Mass Induction Ceremony held at the BHS Pavilion on July 17, 2026.

The ceremony was led by Hon. Marivic B. Solano—Municipal Mayor of Pili, who served as the inducting officer and administered the Mass Oath-Taking and the Pledge of Commitment of all newly elected leaders.

The program formally opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, led by Mr. Mark Q. Mamansag, JHS Teacher, followed by an opening prayer led by Mrs. Beverly C. Aguit, also a JHS Teacher.

School Head— Sir Michael B. Nuñez delivered the Opening Remarks, where Sir Nuñez welcomed the guests and acknowledged the unwavering support of the local government and the community in strengthening the school's programs and initiatives. Representative of Hon. Maria Roxan R. Nayles also expressed full support for the school's programs and reaffirmed the local government's commitment to continuous partnership in promoting youth development and quality education.

The highlight of the ceremony was the Mass Oath-Taking and the signing of the Pledge of Commitment, officiated by Hon. Marivic B. Solano. The advisers of different organizations presented its newly elected officers including the ABRASA Club, AP Club, Boy Scout of the Philippines, English Enclave, MAPEH/DRRM Club, Math Club, SAMAFIL, Science and YES-O Club, SIKAP/ESP Club, Sports Club, TLE Club, The Sprout/An Talubo School Publication, WINS Club, and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers along with the new SPTA (School Parent-Teacher Association), HPTA (Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association) and Faculty Club officers.

Hon. Rhollie T. Balid—Barangay Captain of Binobong, Pili, Camarines Sur, delivered a short but inspiring message, saying, “Ang barangay ay pirmi lang yaon jan, padagos ang pag-suporta para sa karahayan kan eskwelahan,” reaffirming the barangay's continuous support for the school's growth and development.

Representing the student leaders, Alexa Unice G. Agapito—SSLG President, delivered a heartfelt message on behalf of the newly elected officers. Agapito pledged to uphold transparency, encourage active student participation, and practice student-centered leadership throughout the school year.

Mrs. Edita M. Calibara—Faculty President, shared an inspiring message, saying, “Magtarabangan kita, mag-sirbe kitang ehemplo.” Calibara encouraged everyone to work together and become role models in building a stronger and more united school community.

Likewise, Mr. Francisco L. Nacario—SPTA President, delivered a heartfelt message emphasizing the importance of cooperation, stating, “Magtarabang po kita sa karahayan kan eskwelahan,” reminding everyone that meaningful progress begins with unity and shared responsibility.

The program also featured an inspirational talk from the Public Schools District Supervisor of Pili East, Cyril Rariza-Salazar, PhD. She emphasized the vital role of student leadership in nation-building and encouraged the newly elected officers to see their positions not merely as titles but as opportunities to create positive change and inspire others through genuine service.

The event, organized to formally install the newly elected student and school community leaders, gathered school administrators, teachers, parents, students, and local government officials to witness the official turnover of responsibilities and the officers' commitment to serve with dedication and integrity.

As the school community officially recognizes their positions, many are looking forward to witness their ability to lead, with purpose, discipline and commitment in making the school community a better place not just for students but for everyone.

Bilang hudyat ng pagsisimula ng Taong Panuruan 2026–2027, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Binobong High School ang kauna-unahang School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) General Assembly, Hulyo 10, 2026 sa BHS Pavilion, Binobong, Pili, Camarines Sur.
Pinangunahan ng mga opisyal ng paaralan at ng SPTA ang pagpupulong na dinaluhan ng mga magulang at g**o upang talakayin ang mga mahahalagang usapin para sa kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral. Kabilang sa mga tinalakay ang ulat-pinansyal ng SPTA ingat yaman, boluntaryong kontribusyon ng mga magulang, insurance fee para sa mag aaral, at iba pang mga programa at inisyatiba ng paaralan.
Sa pamamagitan ng nasabing pagpupulong, higit na pinagtibay ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan ng paaralan at mga magulang sa pagtataguyod ng isang ligtas, maayos, at de-kalidad na edukasyon para sa bawat mag-aaral ng Binobong High School.
