We went for an interview at Chef Apple's Native Kitchen Kambingan, San Agustin, Pili. We were surprised by the food's quality, and by their different types of menu. In their trademarked fresh Halo-Halo and the fresh meat of the goat, the manager and staff were so approachable. We are glad to be here, and thank you for allowing us to interview and help us to this assigned task.
