• Managing Partner of the Estrada & Aquino Law, and is acknowledged as one of the legal luminaries in education who immerse and help shape the legal and policy environment in education.
• He is the Legal Counsel of the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA), the umbrella organization of private educational institutions in the country.
• Legal Counsel of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
• He is also the Legal Counsel of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU)
