We proudly and honorably salute SSct.Eduardo B. Navales, SSct. Vance Phobe M. Cuenco, SSct. Jiiffany Ally S. Dela Cruz, and SSct. Rojen Mae A. Estrebello for graduating in the Emergency Service Training Course conducted at Camp Rodriguez Palestina-Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

These scouts have shown commitment to service, discipline, and readiness through days of rigorous training and teamwork. They have proven it is their desire to serve whenever help is required. Let us hope that this achievement will encourage more young men to continue serving the community with willful responsibility, courage, and the true essence of Scouting.

The Emergency Service Training Course provides young leaders with emergency response, disaster preparedness, first aid, rescue and leadership skills, preparing them to be responsible individuals who are ready to serve the community in times of trouble.

Every challenge, every activity and every training that ESTC provides make our Scouts stronger, braver, and more reliable servants of the people. Because in Scouting, service is not a task, but a pledge.

Another proud achievement again for Binobong High School as SSct. Lezter Jay J. Balid and SSct. Eduardo B. Navales Jr. successfully passed the Board of Review (BOR) for the rank of Venturer Scout held at the Camarines Sur Council last May 12, 2026

The Board of Review is one of the most important steps in the advancement of a Senior Scout. It is used for the purpose of reviewing his leadership, participation, service, discipline, and good standing and observance of the Scout Oath and Law. Although the Venturer Rank has not been earned yet, passing the BOR is a great step towards earning this prestigious rank in the Senior Scouting Program.

This is a testament to the determination, dedication, and perseverance of the two Scouts in their pursuit of continued leadership and excellence. This is yet another proud achievement for Binobong, and an inspiration to fellow Scouts and students in their goal of service, growth, and responsibility.

The Binobong HS Outfit 536 & 538 Scouting Community would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive school community and to our Outfit Adviser, Sir Christopher C. Maldicas and Scout Leader Sir Allan Rey P. Demafiles who inspired us with their commitment and passion to develop young leaders through Scouting. April 17, 2026 - Naga City | SSct. Gabriel Nuñez and SSct. Rojen Mae A. Estrebello, two Senior Scouts from Binobong HS Outfit 536 & 538 have successfully passed the Board of Review (BOR) for the Venturer Scout Rank, marking a crucial step toward achieving one of the highest ranks in the Senior Scouting program.

The Board of Review serves as a comprehensive evaluation of a Scout’s readiness, focusing on leadership experience, participation in community service, and commitment to the Scout Oath and Law. Passing this stage signifies that the candidates have met the expectations required to move forward in the Venturer Rank.

While they have not yet officially earned the Venturer Scout Rank, passing the Board of Review stands as a major milestone in their journey, bringing them one step closer to full recognition.

The achievement underscores the ongoing efforts of Binobong High School in developing disciplined, service-oriented, and value-driven young leaders.

Last March 31, 2026, the BHS–BSP Outfit 536 & 538 received a Plaque of Recognition for their outstanding service, teamwork, and dedication to the scouting movement on Recognition Day. This recognition is a testament to their passion for leading, serving, and having a positive impact on the school community.

With deep appreciation and sincere thanks, we thank Sir Christopher C. Maldicas, Outfit Advisor, Sir Allan Rey P. Demafiles, for guidance and unwavering support, as well as to all the teachers who keep supporting and believing in the Scouting movement.

Congratulations to each and every scout for making this possible! Your efforts are truly appreciated! Keep it up, keep serving, and keep the scouting spirit alive.🫡⚜️

A step closer to being the best, five scouts successfully completed their evaluation for Venturer Scout rank. Their hard work, dedication and commitment to Scouting values truly stood out.

Sir Doroteo Irvin C. Ayo has conducted the evaluation and examined the candidates’ papers, ensuring that these scouts are ready for the next rank.

We would also like to thank Ma’am Precy Gill Temporal and Sir Christopher Maldicas for their support, guidance and motivation to these scouts as they prepared and fought for their success.

May they continue to stay true to their purpose, to lead, to serve and to inspire.⚜️

Preparedness is a lifesaver!

The Binobong High School community successfully carried out the second day of its Fire and Earthquake Drill as part of Project ALERTO (Awareness and Leadership in Emergency Response and Training Operations) held last March 16,2026. The activity emphasized the value of being ready before, during, and after emergencies, with guidance from the MDRRMO of LGU Pili.

During the morning session, participants attended an informative discussion about various natural hazards that could threaten lives. The goal was to equip students with knowledge and awareness to better handle possible emergency situations.

In the afternoon, students and teachers actively took part in the fire and earthquake drills, with support from the Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue Team – Pili Chapter. This hands-on activity helped reinforce their understanding of the correct procedures to follow during such incidents.

We would like to thank MDRRMO Pili and the Gryphon Team PILI-Chapter for their help and guidance to make this activity happen.

We stay informed, prepared, and safe.

The Scouts of Binobong High School proudly participated in the 80th Council-Wide Anniversary Scout Jamboree, which was held from March 5–8 at Camp Rodriguez Palestina-Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur. For four days, the scouts enjoyed their activities that enhanced their teamwork, leadership, and discipline in forging friendships with other scouts from different schools in the council.

Not only did they fully participate in the jamboree, but the scouts also performed well in the highly-anticipated Scouts Parade. Their effort and dedication to their scout work are reflected in their achievement of 3rd Place for Best Marching Unit and 2nd Place for Most Disciplined Unit. These achievements demonstrate the nature, unity, and the true essence of scouting demonstrated by the scouts of Binobong High School.

“Ang pagpapatuloy ay hindi laging nangangahulugang mabilis na pag-usad. May mga panahong kailangan munang maghintay, magtiwala, at manatiling matatag. Sa proseso ng paghihintay, natututo ang isang tao ng tiyaga at pag-unawa. Sa tamang oras, ang mga pagsusumikap at sakripisyo ay magkakaroon ng saysay.”
