On June 18, 2026, the Federation of Supreme Student Council (FSSC) officially turned over Project KaTOOLong Academics Wave 4 and Project ANINAW to the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of CBSUA Calabanga Campus during a turnover ceremony held at the SSC Calabanga Office.

Project KaTOOLong Academics Wave 4 provides academic tools and essential equipment that students may borrow and use to support their studies, laboratory activities, and campus engagements. The items turned over include:
• 12 Casio Scientific Calculators
• 6 Measuring Tapes (10m, 7.5m, and 5m)
• 5 Whiteboards (additional units to follow)
• 1 Grinder
• 2 Inverter Welding Machines with Welding Shields
• 1 Staple Gun
• 2 Analog Multi-testers
• 3 Digital Testers
• 3 Extension Wires
• 2 Asahi Stand Fans
• 1 Rice Cooker
• 1 Electric Kettle

Project ANINAW strengthens student services through the turnover of:

Funded through the FSSC Fund, these initiatives reflect where the students' contributions go. Every student contribution is transformed into projects, equipment, and services that directly benefit the student body and strengthen the quality of student services across the University.

The utilization, management, and implementation of these resources will be under the supervision of the Local Supreme Student Council (SSC) of the recipient campus, ensuring that the equipment is used responsibly and according to the needs and priorities of its students.

The Federation of Supreme Student Council successfully conducted the turnover of Project ALPAS (Access to Learning and Productive Academic Spaces) and Project KaTOOLong sa Academics Wave 4 on June 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the SSC Office of CBSUA Pasacao Campus.

The program formally opened with the Opening Remarks and Message of VPFA Rose Alvarez, followed by inspiring messages from Sir Jay-Ar Nodalo, OSAS Coordinator of CBSUA Pasacao Campus, and Jericho Alpay, President of SSC-Pasacao. They expressed their gratitude to the Federation for continuously providing projects and resources that strengthen student services and contribute to the academic success of Pasacao Stateans.

The event continued with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement, signifying the official turnover and acceptance of the projects.

Under Project ALPAS, the following items were turned over:
• 3 Bluetooth speakers with microphones
• 1 Computer desk
• 1 Projector
• 2 Industrial fans
• 2 Extension reel wires

Under Project KaTOOLong sa Academics Wave 4, the following academic resources were also turned over:
• 1 Acer PC Set
• 1 Epson L5290 Printer
• 1 Set of printer inks

The turnover was attended by the Federation representatives from Pasacao, namely Audi Maika Inocencio, Sen. Jeson Mostar, Campus Representative Sharmine Jean Romualdo, and Head P.R.O. Arwin Celis, together with the officers of the Supreme Student Council of CBSUA Pasacao.

The projects were officially received by the Supreme Student Council - Pasacao for Academic Year 2026-2027, headed by their president, Pres. Jericho Alpay.

The utilization, implementation, and management of the turned-over resources shall be under the supervision of the SSC Pasacao to ensure proper stewardship, sustainability, and maximum benefit for all Pasacao Stateans.

Through these initiatives, the Federation of Supreme Student Council continues its commitment to empowering students through accessible resources and creating learning spaces that foster academic excellence and student development.

On June 15, 2026, the Federation of Supreme Student Council Officers successfully held its 4th Regular Meeting (2nd Semester) through a hybrid setup, with members participating both onsite at the Student Center-AVR, CBSUA-Pili, and virtually via Google Meet. The meeting centered on the finalization of schedules, deployment timelines, and task delegations for the Federation's ongoing initiatives, as well as the preparation and consolidation of executive, legislative, and financial reports.

Among the significant matters discussed were the turnover and sustainability plans for the KaTOOLONG and Legacy Projects across the different campuses to ensure their effective implementation and continuity. The Federation likewise deliberated on various policy and governance concerns, including the ratification of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), alongside other matters relevant to the organization and its operations.

Furthermore, critical administrative updates and directives were presented to strengthen coordination and ensure compliance among all concerned officers. Through productive discussions and collaborative efforts, the Federation remains committed to fostering accountable leadership and advancing programs that promote the welfare and interests of the entire CBSUA student community.

Please be advised that there will be no office transactions at the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) – Pili Campus tomorrow, 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

This is in observance of the 71st Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, which has been declared a Special Non-Working Holiday under Proclamation No. 1297 issued by the Malacañang Palace.

In line with this, the rehearsal for the 97th Commencement Exercises originally scheduled on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, is hereby rescheduled to 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Concerned graduating students and personnel are advised to take note of this change and adjust their schedules accordingly.

Today, June 14, 2026, 5:30 PM onwards, the Federation of Supreme Student Council (FSSC), together with the Federation COMSELEC and the Local Supreme Student Councils (SSCs), convened for an emergency meeting via Google Meet, to discuss matters concerning the forthcoming FSSC Elections. During the meeting, the Senate President of the Federation formally confirmed that the upcoming elections shall be governed by the provisions of the previous year's FSSC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) and Election Code.

Following the confirmation, the body proceeded with discussions on the election calendar, including the initial plotting of timelines and screening protocols. In consideration of the varying circumstances and academic schedules across the constituent campuses, the FED COMELEC opened deliberations on the proposed election dates and presented possible measures to address potential conflicts that may arise in the conduct of the elections.

Representatives from the Local SSCs were likewise given the opportunity to raise their perspectives and recommendations regarding the proposed schedule. Through constructive dialogue and consultation, the matter was resolved through a democratic voting process, reflecting the collective commitment of the student leaders and electoral body to uphold transparency, accountability, and integrity in ensuring a credible and orderly FSSC electoral process.

The Federation of Supreme Student Council (FSSC) hereby informs the CBSUA student body that the matter previously brought before the FSSC Judiciary Committee involving the Student Regent, Hon. Caren Mae Latonero, has been concluded through the appropriate processes and mechanisms provided under existing policies and procedures.

Following consultations with the concerned offices and the participation of the parties involved, the matter has been addressed and resolved in an orderly and constructive manner. As such, the case is now considered closed by the appropriate body.

In the interest of fairness, respect, and confidentiality, the Federation will refrain from disclosing further details regarding the matter. The FSSC extends its appreciation to all individuals and offices that contributed to the proper handling and resolution of the case.

Moving forward, the Federation remains committed to promoting unity, professionalism, accountability, and the welfare of the CBSUA student community. We encourage all members of the student body to continue fostering a culture of mutual respect, responsible leadership, and constructive engagement.
