📍SY 2025-2026 Enrollment
📍DepEd Memo No. 012, s.2025 - Enrollment Guidelines for School Year 2025-2026, announces the conduct of enrollment in all public schools from June 9 to 11, 2025
📍School of the Future Enrollment is now open to all grade levels (Kindergarten to Grade 6).
📍Requirements for Enrollment:
For Kindergarten:
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• 5 years old on or before August 31, 2025
• Accomplished Enrollment Form
For Grade 1:
• Original Copy of ECCD
• Birth Certificate
• Accomplished Enrollment Form
For Grades 2-6:
• SF9 (Learner’s Report Card)
• Accomplished Enrollment Form
For Transferees:
• SF9 (Learner’s Report Card)
• Birth Certificate
• Accomplished Enrollment Form
* Must undergo assessment

❗Not all those with intent to transfer can be accommodated

Note: In the absence of the PSA Birth Certificate, you may submit a birth certificate from the Local Civil Registry or a Barangay Certification containing the child's name, parents' names, date of birth, and s*x.
