A big and applauding congratulations to ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’“๐’Š๐’” ๐’€๐’–๐’“๐’Š ๐‘ญ๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’“๐’Š๐’„๐’‚๐’๐’•๐’†, a Grade 12 STEM A student who competed in Science and Technology Writing (Englishโ€“Secondary category) in the recently held 5th Regional Schools' Press Conference (RSPC) last January 27-30, 2026 at Legazpi City Science High School, Legazpi City, Albay.

After clinching a Top 2 spot in Sci-Tech Writing in the Division Schools' Press Conference (DSPC) held last November of 2025, he secured a slot for RSPC โ€” making him the first Rafaelian campus journalist to do so.

On behalf of The Raphaelian publication members who are also part of the council, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your amazing and remarkable feat in the school's publication journey.
