The SSC and FSSC membership fee collection and clearance signing will be conducted from 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

For this semester, the collection and clearance signing will be done through class representatives instead of individual processing. This approach is meant to help everyone avoid long lines, reduce waiting time, and make the overall process more convenient and less time-consuming for students.

📌 TOTAL FEE: ₱70.00

• ₱25.00 – Supreme Student Council (SSC)
• ₱45.00 – Federation of Supreme Student Councils (FSSC)

📌 Collection Schedule (All Year Levels):
• January 5-7 (Monday to Wednesday): 1st Year to 2nd Year, including Irregular Students
• January 8-9 (Thursday to Friday): 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Years, and Graduates

📌 Guidelines for Collection:
• Class representatives (or a designated representative) will collect all clearance forms and membership fees and submit them at the Student Lounge along with a printed list.
• The list must include the names and student numbers of students and be duly signed by the class representative.
• Class representatives must provide their contact number.
• Cash payments only.
• Students who have not yet paid for the 1st semester may settle their payment together with the 2nd semester collection.
• Attached is the format for the list of names to be submitted by class representatives.
