For this semester, the collection and clearance signing will be done through class representatives instead of individual processing. This approach is meant to help everyone avoid long lines, reduce waiting time, and make the overall process more convenient and less time-consuming for students.

โข Class representatives (or a designated representative) will collect all clearance forms and membership fees and submit them at the Student Lounge along with a printed list.
โข The list must include the names and student numbers of students and be duly signed by the class representative.
โข Class representatives must provide their contact number.
โข Cash payments only.
โข Students who have not yet paid for the 1st semester may settle their payment together with the 2nd semester collection.
