The Doña Basilia S. Quilon Memorial High School joyfully celebrated numerous awards as it marched in triumph during the 𝟕𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞- 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐏𝐓/𝐏𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌/𝐌𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐇 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. It is clear proof of unity, camaraderie, discipline, and perseverance as they put forth their best effort during several days and nights of practice and polishing to make the performance exceptional. The parade was successfully held last August 16, 2026, at Ocampo National High School, San Francisco, Ocampo, Camarines Sur.

Bullying has no place in our school. Every act of kindness, respect, and understanding can make a difference. As one school community, we all share the responsibility of creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone is treated with compassion, respect, and dignity.

Through 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙞 𝘽𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙜𝙣 2026, The 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (SSLG) Officers, 𝙑𝙖𝙡-𝙀𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, and 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 10 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 of 𝘿𝙤ñ𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖 𝙎. DOÑA BASILIA S. QUILON MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL is calling and now accepting applications for ARAL Program Tutors for School Year 2026-2027!

Who Can Apply: Licensed Teachers: Active DepEd teaching personnel, retired professional teachers, or LET-eligible applicants. Pre-service Teachers: Students currently enrolled in a teacher education degree program. Other Qualified Individuals in the community: Para-teachers, non-licensed education graduates, and four-year college graduates with teaching competency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Dedicated to work

• Good moral character

Application Documents Needed:

1. Letter of Intent: Formal expression of intent addressed to the School Head or Schools Division Superintendent.

2. Personal Data Sheet: Accomplished CS Form 212.

3. Academic/Professional Proof: Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR), diploma, or proof of LET eligibility/PRC license if applicable.

4. Character Reference: Certificate of Good Moral Character or barangay clearance, if applicable.

𝐃𝐁𝐒𝐐𝐌𝐇𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐀 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒!

It is with pride and honor to express that Doña Basilia S. Quilon Memorial High School walks with pride on stage for having received Sustainability Awards in compliance with the Wash in Schools Program of the Department of Education.

Attended with Ms. Aprille Rose Jimenez, DBSQMHS WinS Coordinator, the school luckily won Php 15,000 under Wheels of Wash: Spin of Wash, 3rd District Secondary School. DBSQMHS family is grateful to have received the said prize.

Under the State’s mandate, the right of children to dignity, assistance, and protection from conditions that would hamper their development. The school is compliant, providing our learners with proper and adequate sanitation facilities and educating them on proper hygiene routines that make them conscious of their health and personal well-being.

𝗗𝗕𝗦𝗤𝗠𝗛𝗦 𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳, 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗!

The Doña Basilia S. Quilon Memorial High School, with the active participation of stakeholders, most especially the members of SPTA (School Parents-Teachers Association) and LGU Bagong Sirang, Pili, Camarines Sur, has successfully conducted its 1st SPTA General Assembly, last Friday, (July 17, 2026) at the DBSQMHS Multi- Purpose Building. With thoughtful expression of support for one advocate, we extend our excellent service in the community. We attained almost 99% of attendance with the said endeavor.

Discussion of the following agenda is considered:
1. Financial Report for SY 2025-2026;
2. Discussion on DepEd Order No. 06. S. 2026; and
3. Presentation of SPTA Officers and Board Members for SY 2026-2027.
The aforementioned concerns were tackled with utmost sincerity and support from our stakeholders.

Ma’am Cindy L. Mojado, DBSQMHS Guidance Counselor, highlighted the importance of child monitoring at home, especially with the concerns of the latest news nationwide about bullying and its effects. Meanwhile, the new sets of SPTA Officers for SY 2026-2027 were presented; they are as follows: President: Rick SR. Vasquez, Vice–President: Lourdes Oasnon, Secretary: Clarissa M. Cabalquinto, Treasurer: Mrs. Milanie Malaya, Auditor: Mrs. Mary Ann De Jesus, Collecting and Disbursing Officer: Mrs. Marife Valiente, B.O.D Members: 1. Mrs. Amie Borja, 2. Ms. Furimae Villano and 3. Ms. Hazel Ann Herrero.

It is with great joy, respect, and gratitude for everyone’s presence.The SPTA General Assembly was concluded with hope and encouragement for everyone’s participation in the school’s program throughout this academic year.
