Today, we honor Josefa Llanes Escoda, the founder of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines and a remarkable Filipina who dedicated her life to empowering young girls and serving the nation.

Her legacy reminds us that true leadership begins with service, courage, compassion, and love for country. Through the Girl Scout movement, she inspired generations of young Filipinas to become responsible, confident, and caring individuals ready to make a difference in their communities.

May her life continue to inspire our Girl Scouts to Be Prepared, serve others, and lead with purpose.

A resounding salute to our athletes, whose determination, discipline, and fighting spirit carried us to victory once again. Your sweat, sacrifice, and passion are the heartbeat of this triumph.

To our teachers, thank you for your tireless guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support. You are the mentors who shaped not only skills but also character, ensuring our athletes rose to the challenge.

And to our beloved School Principal, Mr. Constantino Lazona, we extend our deepest gratitude for your steadfast leadership and support. Your vision and commitment inspire us all to aim higher and achieve greater.

With everyone’s united effort, Pilar National High School has once again been declared the Overall Champion in this year’s Quadrangular Sports Meet. 🎉

This victory is even sweeter as it marks back-to-back championships because last year we were also declared as the overall champion, and this year we proudly defended the crown.

Together, we proved that teamwork, dedication, and leadership make us unstoppable. Truly, we are still and will always be the Home of the Champions! 💙💛

A Wonderful Experience in Science and Technology Writing!

Our very own Treshia Mae T. Roche proudly represented our school in the Science and Technology Writing category on September 8, 2026.

She was accompanied and guided by her coach, Ma’am Cheila Mae Omega, with Sir Rabie Pasturan, School Paper Adviser (SPA), providing support throughout the competition.

Beyond the competition itself, this was truly a wonderful and meaningful experience for Treshia—a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and showcase her talent in science and technology journalism.

Congratulations, Treshia Mae! Your courage to compete and your dedication to learning are already achievements worth celebrating. Keep writing, keep learning, and keep shining!
