Alumni Logo Contest Mechanics:

1. Introduction:
The alumni association of PNS/PHS/PNHS/PTVHS is excited to announce the Alumni Logo Contest, aiming to create a unique and representative logo for our esteemed alumni community.

2. Objective:
The primary goal of this contest is to design a logo that embodies the spirit, values, and essence of our alumni community.

3. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all alumni members of PTVHS who graduated from PNS/PHS/PNHS/PTVHS regardless of location.
Current students are eligible to participate.

4. Submission Guidelines:
Each participant can submit only one entry.
The logo design must be original and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
Submissions must be in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and high resolution.
Include a brief description explaining the concept and symbolism behind the logo.

5. Judging Criteria:
Creativity and Originality: How unique and innovative is the design?
Relevance: Does the logo reflect the values and identity of our alumni community?
Aesthetic Appeal: Is the design visually appealing and well-executed?
Versatility: Can the logo be easily adapted for various purposes and platforms?
6. Submission Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by April 15, 2024 via email to [email protected].

7. Selection Process:
A panel of judges consisting of alumni representatives and officers will evaluate all submissions.
The top entries will be shortlisted based on the judging criteria.
The final winner will be chosen through a voting process alumni officers and batch representatives.

8. Prize:
The winning designer will receive P1,000.00 to be given during the Grand Alumni Homecoming on May 18, 2024.
The winning logo will become the official emblem of the alumni ID and will be used in various communications and materials.

9. Intellectual Property:
By submitting an entry, participants agree to transfer all rights and ownership of the logo to PNS/PHS/PNHS/PTVHS alumni association.
Participants retain the right to showcase their work in their portfolio or personal profiles with appropriate credits.

10. Miscellaneous:
PNS/PHS/PNHS/PTVHS alumni association reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
The alumni association reserves the right to modify contest rules and deadlines if necessary.

• Sir Ronel Lusica moved to approved & adopt the previous minutes and seconded by Maam Ellen Mante
✅III- Treasurer’s Report: Maam Ana Marie Escabusa, Alumni Treasurer
• Mam Ellen Mante remitted P6050 (2002)

Agenda:
✅1. Distribution of Tickets
• Batch Coordinators/representatives are asks about the progress of their distribution.
• Batch 2003 and 2007, not yet distributed
• Batch 2023, Tickets are still in the teacher coordinator, and also they have new teacher coordinator Maam Rocalyn Salingay.
• Sir Ronel Lusica suggested to help other batches on there tickets that has not been sold out.
• Ang Batch 2018 -2023, mao lang ang gi identify nga hatagan ug assistance since mostly nila nangita pa ug trabaho ,students pa.Sila ang mohatag ug feedbacks/report on or before April 5, 2024 if they need assistance on the selling of the tickets.Ang dili mo feedback pasabot dili sila nanginahanglan ug assistance.
• Jovanie Perolino from Batch 2019 informed the body that they need assistance.

✅2. Finalization of T shirts and registration
• Finalization on the theme in the Alumni Homecoming is done thru Votation several themes are suggested.
• It was voted and agreed that Building Bridges: Past, Present, Future is our theme.
• Giving of payment directly to Maam Carol Balili is discourage.The payment of the t shirt with registration as agreed will be collected through Batch Treasurer then to Alumni Treasurer.
• Maam Escabusa will now accept payments of the T shirt and the tickets.
• Late payments will still be accepted.(if kintahay naay modugang sa t shirt/tickets basta before pa sa Alumni Homecoming)

• Naay open forum nga pagahimoon during Homecoming program.
• Naay feedbacking after ang mga officers, pwede mag outing depende sa sabot.
• Discussion on the proceeds of the raffle ticket nga bleachers,if itiwas na lang ba sa flooring but it was decided nga ang bleachers ang atong I proceeds.
