Top 3 in SDO Sorsogon – Awarded to Genesis B. Lumberio for outstanding performance in the timely submission of Financial Accountability Report (FAR) Nos. 1 (SAAODB) and 1-A (SAAODBOE) for the 1st Quarter of CY 2026.

100% BFARs Compliance – PNCHS achieved perfect 100% compliance in Budget and Financial Accountability Reports in the Unified Reporting System (URS) for Calendar Year 2025.

Peak Budget Utilization (Obligation) – Exceptional performance contributing to SDO Sorsogon achieving an Obligation Rate of 99.55% for FY 2025.

Peak Budget Utilization (Disbursement) – Outstanding efficiency contributing to a Disbursement Rate of 97.05% for FY 2025.
