๐๐‚๐‚๐ˆ ๐๐„๐–๐’ | BCCI HOLDS TEACHERS FIRST WELLNESS SEMINAR

Bataan Christian College Inc. (BCCI) conducted the Teachers First Wellness Seminar on September 18, 2026, at the BCCI Multipurpose Hall, bringing together teachers for a session focused on personal wellness and professional well-being.

The seminar featured Ms. Resvan Farah Mas, RPM, Life Coach of Kamalayan Psychological Services, and Mr. Lawrence D. Balana, RPsy, RPm, LPT, Head Psychologist of Pagsibol Psychological Services, as resource speakers.

The speakers shared insights and practical guidance designed to help teachers become more mindful of their well-being while navigating the demands of the teaching profession.

The activity provided BCCI teachers with an opportunity to pause, reflect, and learn strategies that can support their well-being both inside and outside the classroom.

Through the Teachers First Wellness Seminar, BCCI continues to recognize the importance of supporting the people who play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of its students.

Bataan Christian College Inc. brings together its teachers for a meaningful Teachers Wellness Seminar focused on strengthening the people who give so much of themselves every day. This is a time to pause, reflect, reconnect, and learn practical ways to care for our well-being while continuing to care for others.
