San Ramon Elementary School now has Starlink satellite internet connectivity following the installation completed on April 14, 2025 by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
The installation is expected to support the schoolโs internet access requirements, particularly in preparation for School Year 2026โ2027.
This development forms part of the DICTโs implementation of the Free Wi-Fi for All Program under Republic Act No. 10929, which aims to expand internet access and address the digital divide in public schools nationwide. As of mid-2025, 78 percent of public schools have been connected, and the DICT has committed to connecting 11,964 more schools, particularly those in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA), using technologies such as Starlink satellite internet.
San Ramon Elementary School extends its gratitude to the Department of Information and Communications Technology, DICT Region VI - Western Visayas , DICT Capiz , and the installation team for providing internet connectivity to the school.
With this development, the school now has improved internet access to support teaching, learning, communication, and other school operations.

SAN RAMON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SRES) โ Joy, pride, and hope marked the morning as 53 Grade 6 graduates from the sections Amethyst, Diamond, and Sapphire took part in the schoolโs 54th Graduation Ceremony.
The occasion was a meaningful celebration of achievement and new beginnings. For the graduates, it was a moment to look back on years of hard work and to look ahead with courage and excitement as they move on to the next stage of their education.
Making the ceremony even more memorable was Ms. Ivy Grace A. Bernardez, guest speaker and an alumna of Batch 2013, who delivered a beautiful and deeply inspiring message to the graduates. Ms. Patriana Z. P. Benliro, Principal I of Sinamongan Integrated School, confirmed the graduates, marking an important moment in the ceremony. The welcome address was delivered by Priscilla May C. Abaldonado, while Kyle John A. Delegencia expressed heartfelt thanks in the words of gratitude. The Pledge of Loyalty was led by Kate Ashley B. Berry.
Music also added warmth and meaning to the program. The welcome song, โSimulaโ by Seedee, Addie, Tisha, and Lalong, opened the ceremony with a light and uplifting spirit, while โSaranggolaโ by Ben&Ben served as the graduation song, leaving the graduates with a message of hope as they prepared for a new journey ahead.
More than a simple rite of passage, the graduation ceremony was a celebration of dreams fulfilled, lessons learned, and brighter paths waiting to be taken. For the young graduates of San Ramon Elementary School, the day stood as a proud reminder that every effort, every challenge, and every step in learning has led them closer to the future they now begin to embrace.
Congratulations to the graduates, proud parents, and dedicated teachers whose hard work, support, and sacrifices made this milestone possible.
