Ito po ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.

Ayon sa pinakahuling forecast ng PAGASA ngayong 5:00 PM, makakaranas pa rin ang ating Lalawigan ng malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat dahil sa bagyong , at ng posibleng pagbaha sa mga mabababang lugar.

Ang suspensyon ay bunsod ng patuloy na masamang panahon na dulot ng Habagat na pinalalakas ng Bagyong bilang pag-iingat sa kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at iba pang kawani ng mga paaralan.

Pinapayuhan ang mga magulang at tagapag-alaga na agad na sunduin ang kanilang mga anak, lalo na ang mga nasa Kinder at Elementarya, upang matiyak ang kanilang kaligtasan.

Hinihikayat din ang lahat na patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng DOST-PAGASA, LGU Pilar, at ng kani-kanilang mga paaralan para sa mga susunod pang abiso at updates.
