DRUM PROJECT: SIMPLE ACT. BIG IMPACT.

Through the initiative of PTA President Eugene Padaoil Sr., together with the PTA Officers, the Drum Project turns a simple idea into a meaningful act of service.

Not just drumsโ€” but a commitment to provide, to serve, and to make a difference.

When the PTA works together, every drop counts.

Every truckload of gravel. Every bag of cement. Every act of generosity tells one powerful story: when a community invests in its schools, it invests in its future.

Pilar Rural High School proudly extends its deepest appreciation to Hon. Mayor Christopher Tyron R. Beroรฑa for the generous donation of gravel and sand, and to the Sangguniang Bayan Members of Pilar, under the leadership of Vice Mayor Mario Agbusac, for providing cement for the concreting of the Senior High School TLS.

This is more than a construction projectโ€”it is a legacy of leadership, partnership, and an unwavering belief that every learner deserves a stronger tomorrow.

Together, we are not just building classrooms. We are building the future of Pilar.

Maraming salamat po! โค๏ธ

While the typhoon kept classrooms empty, it never emptied our learners' determination. Through the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM), PRHS students turned their homes into classrooms, proving that true education knows no boundaries and no storm can silence the pursuit of learning.

Every masterpiece begins with humble ingredients. For the Grade 12 Cookery students of Pilar Rural High School, flour, yeast, and determination became the recipe for excellence as they transformed classroom learning into industry-ready skills through hands-on bread-making.

Guided by the expertise and mentorship of Ma'am Charmagne M. Pilot, Teacher III, every knead, every rise, and every perfectly baked roll reflected precision, resilience, and purpose.

At PRHS, learners are not merely baking breadโ€”they are cultivating confidence, mastering a profession, and proving that the brightest futures are built one skill at a time.

PILAR, ABRA | July 28, 2026 โ€“ Silence spoke louder than words as classrooms across Pilar Rural High School (PRHS) transformed into arenas of discipline, perseverance, and academic excellence during the conduct of the Second Summative Test for Term 1. Learners from the junior and senior high school levels took the assessment with focus and determination, demonstrating their knowledge and critical thinking skills in an examination designed to measure their mastery of the competencies learned during the first term.

The smooth administration of the examination reflected the unwavering commitment of PRHS teachers and school leaders to uphold fairness, integrity, and quality education. Conducted under the close supervision of teachers, the assessment ensured an orderly, transparent, and credible testing environment while encouraging learners to give their best performance.

More than a written assessment, the Second Summative Test served as a meaningful milestone in every learner's academic journeyโ€”challenging them to strive for excellence and reinforcing the school's mission of nurturing competent, resilient, and future-ready individuals.

At PRHS, every test is more than a measure of learningโ€”it is a testament to hard work, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
