TERM EXAMINATION PROTOCOLS
Day 1- August 28, 2026
Day 2- September 1, 2026
Requirements:
Each student is required to bring the following:
- #2 Pencil (for multiple-choice answers)
-Black ballpen (for written responses)
-Scientific Calculator (if applicable)
-Periodic Table (if applicable)
-NO BIG BAG
Attire:
Students must wear Type A Uniform
School ID must be visible at all times
Test Guidelines:
a. Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers may still take the examination but must accomplish the exam in the given time.
b. Only the materials listed above are allowed on the desk. No gadgets, phones, or other electronic devices including SMART WATCH and AIR PODS. Students are allowed to use cellphone and other mobile devices ONLY AFTER THE EXAM.
c. Students must write their full name (Surname, First Name), section, and date on the answer sheet. Submission of answer sheet must be in alphabetical order.
d. All answers must be written clearly in black ballpen, except for multiple-choice answers, which must be shaded with #2 pencil.
e. Calculators and periodic tables can be used, but no other reference materials are allowed.
f. Follow instructions carefully for each section of the test. Do not remove pages or take test materials outside the room.
g. Manage your time wisely. Check the time regularly.
h. Maintain silence throughout the test. Raise your hand if you have questions or need assistance.
i. Academic honesty is expected. Any form of cheating or plagiarism will result in disqualification and corresponding penalties.
Reminder:
Bring only the allowed items.
Prepare well and get enough rest before the test.
