San Antonio de Padua College (SAPC) was established in 1979 by a group of successful entrepreneurs and professionals who believed that poverty is not a hindrance to education. Thus, the institution was founded on a strong sense of corporate social responsibility of the founders. The San Antonio de Padua College was named in honor of the patron saint of the town, Saint Anthony of Padua whose feast

day falls on the 13th of June. The school became San Antonio de Padua College Foundation, Inc. in the year 2002. Over the years, SAPC has distinguished itself in academics, culture, and the arts, sports, and entrepreneurship. SAPC High School (Grades 7 โ€“ 12) is committed to:

1. provide an educational program that develops studentsโ€™ academic, thinking, and workplace competencies to prepare them for employment, entrepreneurship, middle-level skills development, and higher education;

2. implement a curriculum that is student-centered, technologically-aided, relevant, collaborative, career-oriented, and global in perspective that allows all students to succeed;

3. foster an atmosphere where students feel they belong, respected and accepted by as they nurture creativity and originality to be competent and socially engaged individuals; and

This program is anchored with the ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’•๐’†๐’“๐’๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ซ๐’‚๐’š ๐’๐’‡ ๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’”๐’‚๐’”๐’•๐’†๐’“ ๐‘น๐’Š๐’”๐’Œ ๐‘น๐’†๐’…๐’–๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ last October 13, 2022 with the theme: โ€œ๐“”๐“ช๐“ป๐“ต๐”‚ ๐“ฆ๐“ช๐“ป๐“ท๐“ฒ๐“ท๐“ฐ ๐“ฏ๐“ธ๐“ป ๐“๐“ต๐“ตโ€.

๐“๐ˆ๐๐€๐˜ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ emphasized the importance of understanding disaster risks and enhancing emergency preparedness as well as recognizing the initiatives and roles of the different sectors working on disaster prevention and mitigation.
