In partnership with PHINMA-Union College of Laguna, Linga National High School successfully conducted a symposium on Mental Health Awareness and Stress Management.

This activity is in line with the GAD Seminar of our School Personnel held last October 25–26, 2025, where our primary client focus was our Learners.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our Resource Speaker, Mr. Isaac Emeric P. Alfonso, RPm, PHINMA Kasama Coach, for sharing valuable insights with our learners.

We also extend our sincere thanks to our Principal - Erene SJ. Panopio, our Designated Guidance Counselor - Lorraine Lubel P. Sajulan, Grade 10 Key Leader - Ma’am May Araniego, our GAD Focal Person - Jamel R. Lopez and Linga NHS-Supreme Secondary Learner Government for ensuring the active participation and overall success of this meaningful and impactful event.

Linga National High School actively participated in the 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on November 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

Despite the challenge of having a flooded evacuation area, the school community diligently followed the proper safety procedures to ensure the welfare of all learners and personnel.

This activity aims to strengthen disaster preparedness and response awareness among students and staff, emphasizing the importance of remaining calm and alert during emergencies.

Always remember, LINGANIANS — in the event of a real earthquake, Duck, Cover, and Hold!
