Industrial Arts in Action | Grade 11 & Grade 12 EIM Weekly Work Activity ⚡👷‍♂️

This week's work activity with our Grade 11 and Grade 12 Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) students was another meaningful opportunity to transform knowledge into practical skills. As an Industrial Arts teacher, I believe that the knowledge and experience I have gained should be shared with my students so they can become competent, responsible, and skilled individuals.

Hindi lamang Electrical Installation and Maintenance ang aking itinuturo. As long as it is within the field of Industrial Arts and can help develop the students' technical skills, work ethics, and confidence, I am always willing to teach and guide them.

Every activity is a chance to learn teamwork, discipline, problem-solving, and proper safety practices. No matter the challenges we encounter—whether limited materials, time constraints, or difficult tasks—we continue to overcome them by working together, helping one another, and never giving up.

Learning is not just about completing a project; it is about building character, responsibility, and preparing our students for the real world. I am proud of my Grade 11 and Grade 12 EIM students for their dedication, perseverance, and willingness to learn.

These are the core foundations of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM). Every successful electrical project begins with a well-planned idea, a safe and accurate design, precise electrical calculations, and proper implementation following industry standards.

In EIM, students do more than install wires and electrical devices—they develop critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills that prepare them for real-world electrical work. Every project is an opportunity to transform ideas into safe, efficient, and reliable electrical systems while practicing quality workmanship and workplace safety.

From ideas to reality—this is EIM. Empowering students with knowledge, skills, discipline, and confidence to become competent future electricians and electrical professionals.

From Electrical Work to Zumba Moves! ⚡💃

At Pikit National High School, learning goes beyond the classroom. From performing electrical installation tasks in the EIM workshop to joining energetic Zumba sessions, our students and teachers prove that education is about developing both skills and a healthy lifestyle.

As part of the Nutrition Month Celebration, the collaborative NUTRIZUMBA activity of TLE/TECHPRO, BKD, and the PE Department brought everyone together to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and overall wellness. It was inspiring to see our Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) students shift from handling electrical tools and equipment to showcasing their energy, rhythm, and enthusiasm on the dance floor.

This activity reminds us that while technical skills prepare students for their future careers, maintaining good health and an active lifestyle is equally important. A healthy body and a healthy mind create more productive, disciplined, and competent learners.

Congratulations to all the talented teachers, dedicated organizers, and amazing students of Pikit National High School for making this year's Nutrition Month celebration meaningful, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Together, we continue to build not only skilled individuals but also healthy and empowered members of our community.

Grade 11 EIM in Action! ⚡👷‍♂️

Learning becomes more meaningful when students experience real-world applications. As an Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) trainer, it is my responsibility to teach the correct procedures, proper safety practices, and quality workmanship to prepare our trainees for the industry.

One of the major challenges faced by our school has been the shortage and unstable supply of electrical power. However, every problem has a solution when teamwork, dedication, and innovation come together.

With the full support and leadership of our beloved School Principal, Sir Abdulkadir K. Buda, together with the committed SHS teachers in Grade 12 Adviser and Grade 11 EIM students, we took action by installing an alternative transformer to help provide a more stable and consistent voltage supply for our school.
This project is more than just an electrical installation—it is a hands-on learning experience that develops our students' technical skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and sense of responsibility to serve the school community.

To our hardworking Grade 11 students, thank you for your dedication and willingness to learn through action. Your commitment proves that EIM students are not only building electrical systems—they are building a brighter future for our school.

Another successful day at Pikit National High School ! 🎉

After completing another CCTV installation project to further strengthen the safety and security of our school campus, our hardworking team shared a well-deserved boodle fight to celebrate our teamwork, dedication, and commitment. Nothing beats good food shared with great people after a productive day's work.

We also took this opportunity to celebrate the birthday of the one and only "Bato Dela Rosa" of PNHS, Sir Jaime R. Dagsan, LPT. 🎂🎈
