From the archives... 📸⚡

Through experimental learning, my former EIM students developed not only their technical skills but also their creativity and critical thinking. They learned how to innovate and design projects that promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.

Watching them confidently present their outputs was one of my greatest achievements as their teacher. Their hard work, dedication, and teamwork proved that learning goes beyond the classroom.

Today, many of them are pursuing the careers they have chosen, carrying with them the knowledge, values, and skills they developed during their time in EIM. I am truly proud of each one of them and wish them continued success in their professional journeys.

A teacher's greatest reward is seeing former students achieve their dreams. 💙⚡👨‍🏫

This was the time when many people told me, "Lisod tudloan ang puro lalaki nga mga estudyante." But I accepted the challenge and gave them not only knowledge and skills, but also guidance, discipline, and respect.

Today, I am proud to see many of them become professionals in their chosen careers. Seeing their success is one of the greatest rewards of being a teacher.

To my former all-boys class, thank you for always respecting me—not just as your teacher, but as your second parent. I will always be proud of each one of you. Keep chasing your dreams, stay humble, and never forget where you started.

These additional training boards will provide more opportunities for hands-on learning, allowing our students to practice electrical wiring, installation, troubleshooting, and other essential competencies in a safe and realistic environment.

Industrial Arts in Action | Grade 11 & Grade 12 EIM Weekly Work Activity ⚡👷‍♂️

This week's work activity with our Grade 11 and Grade 12 Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) students was another meaningful opportunity to transform knowledge into practical skills. As an Industrial Arts teacher, I believe that the knowledge and experience I have gained should be shared with my students so they can become competent, responsible, and skilled individuals.

Hindi lamang Electrical Installation and Maintenance ang aking itinuturo. As long as it is within the field of Industrial Arts and can help develop the students' technical skills, work ethics, and confidence, I am always willing to teach and guide them.

Every activity is a chance to learn teamwork, discipline, problem-solving, and proper safety practices. No matter the challenges we encounter—whether limited materials, time constraints, or difficult tasks—we continue to overcome them by working together, helping one another, and never giving up.

Learning is not just about completing a project; it is about building character, responsibility, and preparing our students for the real world. I am proud of my Grade 11 and Grade 12 EIM students for their dedication, perseverance, and willingness to learn.

These are the core foundations of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM). Every successful electrical project begins with a well-planned idea, a safe and accurate design, precise electrical calculations, and proper implementation following industry standards.

In EIM, students do more than install wires and electrical devices—they develop critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills that prepare them for real-world electrical work. Every project is an opportunity to transform ideas into safe, efficient, and reliable electrical systems while practicing quality workmanship and workplace safety.

From ideas to reality—this is EIM. Empowering students with knowledge, skills, discipline, and confidence to become competent future electricians and electrical professionals.
