Raven’s Tail, Red Pegasus Clinch First-Ever Mr. and Ms. Panagduwa 2026 Crowns

Pigcawayan, Cotabato — Shander Ulong of Red Pegasus and Fe Aviona Marie S. Iwag of Raven’s Tail were crowned the first-ever Mr. and Ms. Panagduwa 2026, respectively, during the coronation held on September 23, 2026.

Ulong captured the Mr. Panagduwa 2026 crown, along with the People’s Choice Award, Best in Sports Attire, and Best in Activewear. Meanwhile, Iwag clinched the Ms. Panagduwa 2026 title and also earned Ms. Congeniality, Best in Uniform, Best in Playsuit, Best in Evening Gown, and Best in Interview.

For the 1st Runner-Up titles, Ernie D. Belonio Jr. of Sabertooth secured the male spot, while Floraine Dawn Apostol of Red Pegasus claimed the female title. Belonio Jr. also bagged Mr. Congeniality, Mr. Photogenic, Mr. Kris Beauty Salon Choice, Best in Production Number, Best in Team Shirt Attire, Best in Uniform, and Best in Interview. Apostol, meanwhile, earned the People’s Choice Award, Best in Production Number, and Best in Sports Attire.

The 2nd Runner-Up titles went to Al-Yasher Balasan Ipong of Lamia Scale and Baby U. Esmail of Sabertooth. Ipong also secured Best in Formal Attire, while Esmail bagged Best in Team Shirt Attire and Ms. Kris Beauty Salon Choice.

Meanwhile, Jomar A. Caber of Raven’s Tail and Bethy Faye Dumalaog Capsula of Lamia Scale secured the 3rd Runner-Up titles in the male and female divisions, respectively. Caber also earned the Mr. DXL Makabuhay Plus award, while Capsula bagged Ms. Photogenic.

Rounding out the special recognitions, Jhay Ar Carillo Mendoza Jr. earned the Best Make-up Artist award.

The coronation marked one of the highlights of Panagduwa 2026, a weeklong celebration that brought NCAI students together through sports, talent, competition, and camaraderie.
