On November 26, 2025, St. Joseph Seminary joined the global observance of Red Wednesday with the deeply moving theme “Living Hope Amidst Suffering.” Standing in solidarity with persecuted Christians around the world, our community reaffirms its commitment to defending faith and freedom. This worldwide campaign—led by Aid to the Church in Need—seeks to shed light on the countless believers who continue to suffer for professing Christ. As we mark today’s observance, we are called to pause with purpose: to pray for the persecuted, to participate in the Eucharist, and to offer both material and spiritual support. May our united efforts help ensure that those who now live in silence and fear may one day worship freely and openly.
